About the Play

There's a war. It is like any other war. The army, the bombarding, all the same. But there is one difference. This war is for religion.

In the wake, if this war comes a woman named Mother Courage. A canteen woman who pulls her cart with her three children. In the midst of the bloodshed, she is found trading with the soldiers, attempting to make a profit out of the war.

The play revolves around her, her children, the war, and much more.

What is war?

What is peace?

This play attempts at showcasing their meaning from different points of view and answers many other questions too.
